Advanced Parallel Floristry Masterclass

Advanced Parallel Floristry Masterclass
Duration 3 days (6 hours each) Published 2025-11-11 Views 268 Likes 864

This masterclass assumes you already understand the basics of parallel floristry. The focus here is on refinement — tighter lines, more complex mechanics, mixed-height parallel structures, and the kind of precision that shows up clearly in photographs and competition judging.

What makes this different from a standard workshop

The ratio is small — maximum 8 participants — and the instruction is direct. Each person works on their own brief across the three days, with critique sessions morning and afternoon. You will be challenged on decisions, not just shown techniques.

Day one covers advanced mechanics and structure. Day two focuses on editorial and competition applications. Day three is dedicated to a full brief — concept to finished installation — with a final critique from the instructor and one guest assessor.

Who this is for

  • Florists preparing for AIFD or WorldSkills competition
  • Those building a portfolio for editorial or commercial clients
  • Studio owners wanting to train staff in consistent parallel method

Bring your own tools. Flowers and mechanics are provided. A written critique of your final piece is sent within one week of the masterclass.
